Insia Dharsi

Clinical Director of Kisa Therapy Clinic

Masters in Counseling MS, RP (Registered Psychotherapist)
“It takes a lot of courage and strength to face the obstacles that are hindering your healing and self-growth. I have witnessed how several imbalances have been created from various conflicting narratives that show up in our roles as children, adults, spouses, parents, and overall Muslims. And how this significantly contributes to a hindrance to our daily functioning, and also in how we show up in our relationships with ourselves, others, and Allah. It leaves us feeling confused, disempowered, and hurt.

At Kisa Therapy Clinic, we hope to create a safe and non-judgmental space to be able to address the various issues that come up from feeling uncentered and conflicted at the core. Primarily, removing obstacles such as judgment and confusion and working through difficult emotions that make us feel stuck. Then to be able to come to clarity about our purpose, values, and how we want to show up in our relationships with ourselves, others, and most importantly Allah. When we feel grounded in our purpose, we are able to move forward in living our intentional lives and feel more connected to Allah, especially during times of hardship. Ultimately, giving you the tools so that you are feeling anchored through a storm.

InshAllah, our goal is to build awareness and clarity, create safer spaces to feel more connected, and empower more intentional living and relationships within our communities.

I hope that you feel safe, heard, and understood here at Kisa Therapy Clinic. And we feel so honored to have you here.”
